Event: Havana Night Market

Cost: $0 to enter, $$$ to buy food & goods
During the summer, the last Saturday of each month finds the parking lot of the restaurant Izakaya (Havana & Yale) transformed into a night market. Food, goods, and music fill the space.
Delights: The food and good offerings are completely different from the farmers markets that happen in the mornings which I think is great. I love that the food offered is international - Korean, Japanese Ehtiopian, Indian, and Mexican. I could walk there if I really wanted.
Disadvantages: Not enough tables and chairs for people to eat at. Prices are higher than I'd prefer (not necessarily the fault of the vendors, I know Denver is expensive). If you want a meal, drink, and dessert, prepare to pay $20-40. I'd like to see more vendors - soap, clay, candles. The Mexican restaurant and the Indian restaurant that shares a parking lot with Izakaya should each have a booth. Why aren't they participating?
